Guiding Principles

We have accountability

We hold ourselves and others accountable. Mistakes aren’t hidden, blame is not shifted, and trust is not lost. Instead, accountability breeds trust among clients and team members, mistakes are owned and corrected, and in the end, value is added for clients.

We are innovators

We are continuously looking to improve processes and to think outside the box to develop unique solutions to complex challenges. This trait means not being afraid to take calculated risks. There are no bad ideas, just bad decisions.

We invest in people

Through all angles: work, progression, home and well-being. Train people well enough so they can leave, and treat them well enough so they don’t want to.

We are inclusive

All individuals are valued and we nurture both internal and external relationships through listening and understanding. We treat everyone with respect and act with integrity.

We lift each other up

We collaborate within to help and support each other to achieve client, personal and company goals. And be each other’s greatest supporters.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously

We take payroll very seriously, but that doesn’t mean we have to apply the same thing to ourselves. We have fun together, we say when we’re struggling, we accept we’re not perfect and we’re okay with being vulnerable with each other.

“Knowing is not enough; we must apply.

Willing is not enough; we must do.”

– Bruce Lee
